1. Introduction
1.1 By purchasing our services, you agree to be legally bound by this contract.
1.2 This contract is only available in English.
1.3 Additional terms may apply in certain situations. If there are changes, we will inform you in advance, allowing you to cancel the contract if you do not agree with them.

2. Information We Give You
2.1 As required by law, here's the key information:

  • Our service is designed for motivated solopreneurs who want to identify their true value to support their business and lifestyle. This involves weekly 1:1 coaching calls, Slack support, session notes, and relevant "homework"/frameworks.

  • The total price is a recurring charge of £1750 quarterly.

  • The right to cancel within 14 days is outlined in Section 5.

2.2 If we need to change any key information after the contract is established, we will do so only with your consent.

3. Privacy and Personal Information
3.1 We take your privacy seriously. For more information on how we handle your personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.
3.2 You may record your 1:1 online lessons for personal review. We may also record private lessons for quality and training purposes, which will only be accessible to you, your guardian, and your instructor.

4. Ordering Services from Us
4.1 You place an order by selecting the service and clicking "book now." Make sure to review your order before submitting it.
4.2 An acknowledgment email does not mean your order is accepted. We may not accept your order for reasons like staff shortages, payment issues, or pricing errors.
4.3 A legally binding contract is formed when we email you with a confirmation.
4.4 If you are under 18, you may not purchase our services.

5. Right to Cancel
5.1 You have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract's conclusion. However, if you access any goods or services during this period, you lose this right.
5.2 To cancel, notify us by post or email at support@gemmasugrue.com.
5.3 The cancellation deadline is met if you send the notification before the 14-day period expires.

6. Effects of Cancellation
6.1 If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will refund your payment in full.
6.2 Refunds will be made using the same method of payment unless otherwise agreed, without additional fees.

7. Carrying Out the Services
7.1 The services will be carried out as described on the booking page or email.
7.2 You must notify us of any health conditions at the time of booking.
7.3 Our services may be affected by events beyond our control. We will do our best to inform you and restart the services as soon as possible.
7.4 We do not provide services for a three-week period over Christmas, a one-week period over Easter, and the entire month of August.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content in our courses and coaching sessions is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
8.2 You are granted a single-use, non-exclusive license to access and use the content for personal purposes. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell this content without our permission.
8.3 Violation of our intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of your license without a refund.

9. Payment
9.1 We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
9.2 Payments are processed through a secure mechanism. However, we are not liable for unauthorized access to your information unless due to our negligence.
9.3 Payment is due upon clicking the "book now" button. All installment payments must be completed as agreed.
9.4 If payment is declined, we are under no obligation to provide services and reserve the right to charge a £10 administration fee.

10. Nature of the Services
10.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have certain rights, including:

  • Services must be priced reasonably if not agreed upon.

  • Business losses or losses to non-consumers.

  • Any losses not caused by our breach or negligence.

    13.2 We cannot exclude responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or other legal obligations.

14. Disputes
14.1 We will try to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently.
14.2 If we can't resolve a dispute internally, you can take court proceedings in the part of the UK where you live.
14.3 This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

This contract does not confer any rights to third parties who are not part of the agreement.
